Kareen Cole is a Jamaican living in Barbados who has fallen in love with the local cuisine. It is her driving passion to offer every visitor to the island or any foodie a taste of real Bajan fare.

Camille Cole

Camille Cole is a frequent visitor to the island and considers it her second home. She is a lover of all things Bajan and an avid traveller and food connoisseur.

Rose has been serving in the hospitality industry for over 31 years and is knowledgeable about everything Barbados. She is excited to share the island’s food story with the world.

Kezia Goodman

Tour Guide

Kezia is a history buff who has been living her passion of tour guiding for over ten years. She is also a foodie who will happily share her secret recipes for making cou cou and other wonderful Bajan dishes.

Nicola Griffith

Tour Guide

Nicola loves helping others discover the pulse and palate of Barbados and has been doing so for over ten years. Bubbly and humourous, she will make a two hour tour feel like just thirty minutes.
