Click the BOOK NOW BUTTON under the desired tour or cooking class. Once there is a tour or cooking class available on your desired date, proceed to check out. Full payment is required in advance. We use a  third party agent  to process payment. Once you have paid, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. Alternatively if your date is available but you don’t wish to pay using our third party payment agent,  you may  contact us by email to make  payment arrangements by wire transfer,  cash or cheque.  All  payments must  be made in full in advance of the tour date.  In some circumstances where there are no preferred  dates for a tour, we may be able to organize a tour if you will be booking the value of eight adult tickets.  For all private tours and classes  you are encouraged to email us at least 14 days prior to arrange dates and payment.

Under normal circumstances, tours and classes cannot be canceled or rescheduled. However, if one of our tours is cancelled due to severe inclement weather (such as a hurricane) or some other unforeseen emergency, we will be glad to reschedule your tour/class time or refund your ticket purchase. No shows will not be refunded or allowed to book an alternative date. We will refund you should we cancel a tour because we are below our minimum bookings for the tour. 

 The meeting point for the  tour will be advised by email after booking. 

The tours will start at the specified time and we cannot wait for late arrivals. You are encouraged to call us at  (246) 845 8929 to ascertain the location of the tour party. It is up to you to try to catch up. However no refund will be given for missed tastings+

Small portions  or samplings of popular local foods are served on our tours.  They are a combination of predominantly steamed  or fried  proteins and starches.  We will visit a combination of locally adored eateries, shops/ diners and bars.

Please be sure to let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian, celiac disease, food allergies, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. We can advise which food stops offer vegetarian or vegan options but please note these are not in the majority.  Our tours may not be  a suitable activity for guests adhering to a strict vegetarian/ vegan diet. However we would encourage you to go ahead and book if you are interested in the sight seeing and informational aspects of the tour. 

* Please note in Barbados a vegetarian diet includes fish.

Not in all cases. However on a tour where the tours ends in a different location from where it began  our guide will walk back with you to the muster point at your request. 

You should  expect to be standing or walking for most of the tour at a leisurely pace.  This may be challenging only for persons with severe mobility  restrictions.  Our tours may not be suitable for persons  requiring wheelchair assistance due to narrow sidewalks and street traffic. 

Cool clothing, comfortable shoes and a hat or cap. Take your water bottle.

We operate the tours, rain or shine.

We offer menu options to persons wishing to book the class.  The class will be used to prepare your selection from those options.  Please note the menu focuses on the preparation and cooking of  Barbadian cuisine or fare.
